Terms and Conditions
If you are hiring from us, we expect our items to come back in the same way that we provided them to you. There is a charge for any items that are damaged or lost.
- Price per damaged or lost chair cover - £5.00
- Price per damaged or lost table cover - £15.00
- Price per damaged or lost sash - £1.00
- Price per damaged or lost table runner - £1.25
The customer will return the items within 48 hours of collecting, unless another time has been agreed with Chair And Table Covers. If the customer fails to deliver the items back within the agreed time, the customer will be charged a daily rate as per the agreed hire amount.
The customer will deliver the items back in either carrying boxes or carrying bags. The customer may incur additional charges if they fail to do this.
The customer will pay 50% of the total hire value 14 days prior to collecting the items. The remaining 50% will be paid upon collecting the items from us.
If the customer requires ChairAndTableCovers team setting up the venue (using any of our services), it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the chairs and tables are laid out as required. It is not the responsibility of ChairAndTableCovers to lay out chair or tables. The venue should be ready to decorate from whatever time was agreed mutually by ChairAndTableCovers and the customer. If assistance will be required with laying out the chairs and tables, please let us know beforehand so a price for our work can be agreed with the customer.
ChairAndTableCovers are not liable for any health or safety matters relating to our product(s) once the venue has been set up. The responsibility of such issues then lies with the customer.
